It was actually released in 2006 under the Orange Mountain Music label...
My question is about the Duos. I thought that the work was part of the Double Concerto for violin, cello and orchestra but I only count four duos there...

Yes, the four duos are part of the Double Concerto and are the same recordings as those. However, the complete chamber work, Duos Nos.1-5 include No.1a. So this is the first presentation of the complete chamber work. Though if you only need that track, you only need that track. Its a digital only album anyway.
